Senior Java Developer (Spring Boot | Microservices)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Developer to join an international engineering team developing modern cloud-native applications. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices that support business-critical automation and orchestration processes.

Working in an Agile environment, you will collaborate with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality backend solutions while ensuring performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices
  
• Build scalable backend applications using Spring Boot
  
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
  
• Perform code reviews and promote development best practices
  
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize application performance
  
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and development teams
  
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation
  
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Java backend development
  
• Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot
  
• Experience developing microservices architectures
  
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
  
• Knowledge of SQL databases (MySQL or similar)
  
• Experience with Git version control
  
• Understanding of software design principles and clean code practices
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
  
• English (B2 or higher)
