Popis pozície


  • Drives sales growth within the assigned area (starting with the Food market, then expanding to Non-Food).
  • Oversees profitability of the area, including price increases, payment terms, and stock management.
  • Leads custom/tailored projects.
  • Prepares the sales budget and forecasts.
  • Actively develops business and drives sales to key accounts and merchants.
  • Collaborates closely with product management, supporting planning, development, and delivery.
  • Negotiates sales contracts in coordination with their line manager.
  • Delivers regular sales reports.
  • Manages agents and distributors.
  • Supports the Sales Director in building the sales business plan.
  • Handles customer claims together with the Customer Service and Quality departments.
  • Organizes trade shows and exhibitions.


    • Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales role.
  • At least 2 years' experience in the packaging sector, the Food market industry, or with filling machine manufacturers.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
