Popis pozície

  • Take full ownership of the ITSM platform (USM) and continuously enhance it in line with ITIL practices and company requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for the platform, overseeing its roadmap, backlog, and future improvements.
  • Set up and maintain ITSM modules (Incident, Request, Change, Problem, CMDB), covering workflows, SLAs, and automation.
  • Promote process adoption and standardization across teams, work closely with stakeholders, and support audit and compliance activities.
  • Provide reports and insights, coordinate new releases with vendors, and prepare user training and documentation.


  • Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in ITSM, Service Desk, or IT operations, including hands-on administration or ownership of an ITSM tool.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Problem); ITIL Foundation certification is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to configure ITSM systems (modules, workflows) and turn business requirements into working solutions.
  • Skilled in reporting, dashboards, and data analysis within ITSM platforms.
  • Analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a structured way of working — able to combine daily operations with continuous improvement.
