Popis pozície
- Implementation, detailed setup, and continuous refinement of new ERP System into organization (especially Procurement modules) across international branches
- Setting up and optization of Procurement Processess
- Requirements Engineering: Act as a critical liaison between technical and business units to capture local needs and translate them into precise system configurations.
Oversee the structural design and rigorous testing of workflows to ensure seamless data exchange between the new ERP and existing third-party applications.
Champion the shift to the new system by directing data migration strategies, conducting comprehensive staff training, and driving organizational change adoption.
Deliver robust post-go-live assistance, evaluate end-user experiences, and proactively design long-term system enhancements.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of professional background in purchasing / Procurement Area
Exceptional capability in workflow analysis, organizational change management, and detailed business process mapping.
A proven track record of active, hands-on participation in major ERP migrations or large-scale IT deployments (prior exposure to IFS platforms is NOT mandatory).
Deep subject matter expertise covering the end-to-end purchasing cycle, supplier relationship management, and stock/inventory optimization strategies.
Outstanding critical thinking and interpersonal abilities, coupled with a readiness to undertake business travel as various project phases demand.
