Processing and recording supplier invoices, liabilities, and other supporting financial documentation
Reviewing and posting employee travel expense claims, as well as reconciling corporate credit card transactions Managing fixed asset records and depreciation entries, including recognition of accrued expenses and allocation of project-related cost
Preparing payment instructions and recording bank transactions in the accounting system
Compiling VAT/CIS reports and assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements
Performing balance sheet reconciliations and preparing statistical reports
Coordinating and communicating with both internal teams and external parties, including local tax authorities, external advisors, the parent company’s finance management, and the treasury department
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline (Master’s degree considered an advantage).
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, including at least 3 years in a comparable position within an international environment (experience in a Shared Services Center is beneficial).
Strong user knowledge of ERP systems Good understanding of VAT regulations and core accounting principles, including double-entry bookkeeping (e.g., supported by studies in business administration or a related field).
English proficiency (B2) with strong written and spoken communication skills; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Highly developed analytical abilities, proactive approach, strong team collaboration skills, and the capacity to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
