Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cost allocations in ERP, ensuring IFRS compliance.
Monitor project financials (cost, revenue, cash flow), perform variance analysis, and propose risk mitigations.
Maintain cost sheets, lead monthly project cost reviews, understand cost-to-complete estimates, and invoicing and support cash collection.
Present financial insights to senior leadership and support claims, change orders, and applying for customer bank guarantees.
Leverage Power BI for reporting and drive efficiency in line with company strategy and financial policies.
3–5 years of project controlling experience, ideally in international EPC environments.
Strong skills in project costing, estimating, risk, and claim management.
Proficient in financial analysis (Excel, Power BI) and familiar with IFRS standards.
ERP knowledge (IFS); detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
Fluent in English and German, other languages are a plus.
