This role is responsible for assisting in all aspects of the company's IT post-merger integration after merger and acquisition activities. This includes developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and tracking post-acquisition performance and integration into the HZI IT landscape.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Reports to Director Group IT

Identify and source targets, build strong relationships with business owners

Prioritize and evaluate potential targets, including alignment with all stakeholders

Collaborate on all key aspects of the integration process from business case, due diligence and integration

Create and present materials to recommend investment cases

Drive the financial model/valuation and due diligence process, including liaising with internal business units and corporate functions, external business owners and providers

Collaborate with subject matter experts (E.g. Finance, Accounting, HR, IT, Ops) internally and externally in preparation for integration.

Požiadavky

Bachelor’s degree in technology or computer science

6+ years’ experience in managing IT operation department

Experience in project management with 2 -5 years of related experience

Self-starter with an ownership mindset; ability to prioritize, organize, and drive multiple projects at once

Independent, methodical working style and initiative

Self-motivated and directed with the ability to learn quickly

Desire to work with fast-paced organizations

Assertivenes and stress resistance

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills at various hierarchical levels

Highly organized with strong attention to detail

Experience in dealing with third-party provided services

Practical approach, technical enthusiasm and goal orientated

Proactive thinking and acting

Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

Team player and organizational skills

Languages: English fluent, German would be an asset
