Solution / Lead Architect - Enterprise Architecture

The main purpose of this job is senior technical expert responsibility for design and implementation of an assigned technology.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

The Enterprise Architecture project deals with an integrated view of Business-IT and Infrastructure within internal environment.

One part of that is the sub-project of IT Portfolio Management or Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM), which is responsible for the introduction and use of the EAM solution based on LeanIX Enterprise Architecture. It is based on the different types of information templates (factsheets) linked to the TOGAF architecture framework. By creating and coordinating the templates, the sub-project supports the use for different user groups, including various reports for analysis in day-to-day business. Also Integration into IT demand management must be taken into account.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Coordination and preparation of policy documents regarding the content and benefits of the IT Portfolio Mgmt. or EAM
• Development of a strategy for the rollout of the IT Portfolio Mgmt.
• Identification of use cases for the use of EAM for different user groups
• Identification of necessary reports
• Prerequisites for the rollout (training, support, sample information/reports)
• Support in improving data quality in EAM (applications, processes, data objects, tagging, etc.)
• Creation of templates for the use cases and reports, their documentation and coordination with the other architecture areas (business, data, IT)
• Participation in the EAM core team as well as knowledge transfer from the manufacturer to the teams
• Support in the planning, implementation and control of the sub-project
• Organization and moderation of meetings
• Communication with the designated contact persons of the IT Portfolio Management, as well as the core team

YOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU HAVE / ARE:

• Extensive knowledge with Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)
• Extensive experience with LeanIX
• Knowledge and TOGAF architecture framework
• Programming knowledge / experience in GraphQL (optional)
• Self-driven and motivated to line up and achieve goals
• Collaborative and see obstacles on the road as challenges
