Senior SAP Consultant (S/4HANA | HCM | SuccessFactors | FI/CO | Logistics)

We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP Consultant to join an international consulting team delivering SAP implementation, customization, and support services for enterprise clients.

In this role, you will work on SAP S/4HANA projects across various functional areas, helping customers optimize business processes, implement new solutions, and support mission-critical SAP environments. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and developers throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and support SAP S/4HANA solutions
  
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
  
• Translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
  
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and optimization projects
  
• Provide functional consulting and end-user support
  
• Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
  
• Collaborate with ABAP developers on custom developments and enhancements
  
• Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation
  
• Conduct testing, user training, and solution validation
  
• Mentor junior consultants and support knowledge sharing
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience
  
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA
  
• Expertise in at least one SAP module:
  
  • SAP FI/CO
    
  • SAP HCM
    
  • SAP SuccessFactors
    
  • SAP Logistics (MM, SD, WM, EWM, PP)
    
• Experience with SAP customization and configuration
  
• Ability to analyze business requirements and design SAP solutions
  
• Experience with SAP implementation or rollout projects
  
• Basic ABAP debugging and code-reading skills
  
• Strong customer-facing consulting experience
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• English (B2 or higher); German is an advantage
