Senior DevOps Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to participate in the design, development and operation of a modern Kubernetes-based Platform-as-a-Service for a new Open Sovereign Cloud product. The focus is on high-sovereignty cloud environments for regulated sectors such as healthcare, security, and public administration.

You will take part in the implementation of sovereignty controls—encryption, identity management, platform security—and contribute to shaping the architecture and automation of a cloud platform fully operated within the EU.

The role covers the entire lifecycle of CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, automated deployment, configuration management, observability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement infrastructure for CI/CD pipelines and IaC.
  

• Manage source code, configuration management, release processes, build and deployment activities.
  

• Set up and maintain integrations with partner applications.
  

• Conduct performance analysis, tuning, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
  

• Evaluate and implement innovative technologies aligned with the platform strategy.
  

• Create concepts for automation of services, processes, and operating models.
  

• Support development and QA teams in planning and implementing releases.
  

• Continuously optimize cloud and system infrastructure.
  

• Provide expert consulting, prototypes, and Proof-of-Concept solutions.
  

• Research new technologies, propose improvements, and support their implementation.
  

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Degree in Information Technologies (Master’s level).
  

• 4+ years experience in ICT systems.
