Senior Engineer

We are looking for a senior technical expert to design, implement, and manage enterprise-level IT solutions. In this role, you will oversee complex IT environments (3rd level support), ensure infrastructure stability, and drive process improvements. Your expertise in Microsoft Intune, Defender, Azure, and endpoint management will be crucial for deploying and maintaining secure, efficient IT services for our customers.

• Design, implement, and maintain client management solutions for new and existing customers.
• Utilize expertise in Microsoft Intune, Defender, and Azure to ensure seamless software deployment and endpoint security.
• Manage software packaging and deployment, handle incident/change/problem tickets, and continuously improve service efficiency.
• Work independently or collaboratively within a team to deliver robust IT solutions.

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in:

• Microsoft Defender
• Microsoft Active Directory (AD) & MS Entra ID
• Microsoft Intune & Windows 365
• iOS & macOS administration

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• Understanding of hardware manufacturers & operating systems
• Experience with MIM, SCCM, and Matrix42 Empirum
• Scripting proficiency (e.g., PowerShell)
• Familiarity with Azure On-Premise Components & Microsoft Server

Certifications (Preferred but Not Required)

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified Azure Identity and Access Administrator
• Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Security Operations Analyst
• Microsoft Cybersecurity Architect Engineer

Language Requirements

• English: Upper Intermediate (B2)
• German: Nice to have
