The primary goal of this role is to serve as the senior technical expert responsible for the design and implementation of a specific technology.


To support our B2B customers in Germany, we are leading the implementation of B2B business processes within the IT domain, utilizing ServiceNow as our platform for digital order management. It has been decided that ServiceNow will continue to be our strategic platform, and further development will take place within our framework.

Popis pozície

In this role, you will contribute to the ongoing development, design, and evolution of the existing IT architecture for the B2B Order Management hub. Key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating the content of business epics and implementing them in IT.
  • Collaborating on the architectural runway (vision) and defining necessary NFRs in coordination with Scrum teams.
  • Engaging with IT and business stakeholders, other ARTs, and architects to ensure smooth cooperation.
  • Designing microservices and APIs.
  • Supporting the development and transformation of applications, microservices, and interfaces with agile teams.
  • Assessing and contributing to the development of coding and testing guidelines.

Požiadavky

You will succeed in this role if you possess the following:

  • Proficiency in ServiceNow for Telecommunications Order Management (OMT), Telecommunications Service Management (TSM), Product Inventory, Data Segregation, and Flow Design.
  • Experience with TM Forum frameworks (ODF, ODA, eTOM).
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies in software development.
  • Strong coding, conceptual, and analytical abilities.
  • A passion for working within an agile team and program, with an open and collaborative mindset.
  • Broad knowledge of B2B solutions and end-to-end processes, particularly in the order-to-cash cycle.
