Service Delivery Manager

The purpose of this job is to build your own team to meet and exceed customer expectations. You will lead a team of specialists in their respective fields and represent Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia to our customers. You will collaborate closely with counterparts, customers, and colleagues from the international community, giving you a glimpse of cosmopolitan cooperation.

• Someone with many years of experience supporting external customers, including all necessary processes and tools.
• Someone with extensive experience in the quotation and sales process.
• Someone with many years of experience in billing.
• Someone with a solid understanding of TSI-FORCE.
• Someone familiar with SOM@SAP, relevant reports, and booking logic.
• Someone experienced with SERVICE NOW from a service delivery management perspective.
• Someone with project management skills, ITIL knowledge, and familiarity with agile methods.

• ITIL V4 Foundation, SeM Advanced
• Expert-level general IT knowledge
• Expert knowledge of the DTAG portfolio
• Advanced MS Office skills
• German language proficiency at C1 level
• Optional English language proficiency
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong time management, problem-solving abilities, and result orientation
• Effective presentation skills
