We're looking for a skilled professional to lead the implementation of the Accounting and Controlling Domain of IFS Cloud, an enterprise resource planning system, across our global organization. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless rollout of the system together with other Business Process Owners. You'll also be responsible for aligning with project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
This projects has 3 phases
1. Design and configuration of the ERP system
2. Roll out of the ERP system in phases, country by country
3. Long term maintenance of the ERP system and system’s upgrades
You will be part of this global project from the beginning, and you will get the opportunity to travel and work on the local implementation in our offices across Europe. It is a great career opportunity to become a key part of the ERP organization within HZI.
You will be part of the team of Business Process Owners based in Bratislava and you will be in close cooperation with Business Process Owners based in Zurich.

Key Areas
Fit Gap Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting and Controlling departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for Finance domain, ensuring alignment with global template, scope, and organizational goals. Identify gaps in solution or business process to determine whether modifications or customizations are needed.
System Configuration: Oversee and participate in the configuration of the system to reflect the defined process and data structure in order to meet the accounting and reporting requirements, and ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
Data Migration: Identify the data sources for Finance data migration, coordinate data cleansing, transformation, and validation, to ensure accurate and timely migration of Finance data to the new system. Close cooperation with data owners and migration team.
Testing: Test the prototype with module functionalities and configurations. In cooperation with key users plan and design use cases, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
Training & Change Management: Train key users and oversee the training of end users, providing support where necessary. Participate in the internal communication and change management activities.
Continuous Improvement: Organize regular meetings with key users to collect and analyze users’ feedback. Ensure second level assistance for global users and escalate issues to IFS consultants and/or developers. Foster potential improvement of the functionalities to increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the Accounting and Controlling Domain of IFS Cloud across the

On site and off-site delivery and support
Bachelor's degree in Accounting and finance
Accounting and book keeping on hand experience with minimum of 3 plus years
Understanding of company finance processes as PTP – purchase to pay, RTR - record to report, QTC – quote to cash
Experience with ERP and finance and accounting systems
Worked in more complex operations from 200 – 2000 employees
5 years of experience in an international business environment, ideally within the project or manufacturing industry
