Oversee end-to-end procurement (RFQ to final installation and commissioning) for assigned packages, negotiate contracts, manage Change Orders, claims, and identify and mitigate supply chain risks.
Act as the main commercial liaison for internal/external stakeholders, drive supplier relationship management, and support cross-functional alignment.
Ensure timely contractual deliverables in line with Project requirements, mitigate and negotiate contract claims, assess procurement risks and actively drive mitigation plans, and support internal requests addressed by cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality, etc.).
Lead procurement process enhancements, support implementing new tools, and coach/mentor junior or new procurement team members.
Conduct detailed cost analysis, develop costing models, and manage successfully complex negotiations for global supplier contracts, agreements and frameworks.
5+ years in direct procurement, managing high-value and complex contracts, supply chain risks, and cost strategies
Highly proficient and proven record in highly complex contract management, category management, sales, including change management and of supplier portfolio expansion
Very capable to take the lead of cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, quality), influence stakeholders, and thrive in matrix organizations
Excellent negotiation, market analysis, risk assessment, problem-solving mindset, and process improvement with very strong communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Fluent in English (C1+); very familiar with multicultural environments with a proactive, collaborative mindset
